Working in partnership with production-based colleagues on all engineering issues, you’ll ensure the continuous flow of the bakery production process. You should have a proactive approach to preventative maintenance projects as well as a reactive and efficient response to plant breakdown.
With multi skilled engineering experience and relevant qualifications, you’ll need analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate technical issues in a clear and understandable way. Your flexible approach will enable you to work shifts which cover our 24/7 operation, while your strong team working ethic will mean you’ll take a very practical hands on approach.
