Smoked Wholemeal Salmon
Ingredients:
- Warburtons Wholemeal Bread
- A couple of slices of smoked salmon
- Lettuce
- Reduced calorie mayonnaise
Fill two slices of the bread with slices of the salmon, crisp lettuce and reduced
calorie mayonnaise. Adding a little horseradish sauce goes great with the salmon, and gives
the sandwich a little extra zing.
