After successfully completing 'Think Safety' most children should be able to:

  • Identify important aspects of personal hygiene before handling food.
  • Identify which foods should be kept in a fridge and why some foods are high risk.
  • Understand how to undertake a risk assessment exercise.
  • Understand how the food industry is governed by Food Safety Legislation.
