Climate change has changed everything. We are a successful business. Now we want to be a more sustainable business.
We began by measuring our carbon footprint and by identifying the areas where we believe that we can make a difference.
We're working with customers and suppliers, environmental and industry bodies, building awareness around the business and taking steps to improve our performance wherever we can.

As a family business, we are able to set our own agendas and take the long view. We are not going to become the UK's most sustainable bakery business overnight, but we're working on it.
