the sugar levels in all of our products to help you to manage your

Should I keep my bread in the fridge? |

No Bread shouldn't be stored in a fridge as this makes bread go
stale faster - we recommend you store it in a cool dark
place (a
bread bin is ideal). |

Bread can be frozen for up to three months, as long as it's

What is 'stoneground flour'? |

'Stoneground' refers to how the flour is milled - this is a traditional method, usually associated with wholemeal breads,
that gives bread a distinctive taste and texture. Our Wholemeal
Batch loaf is made with stoneground flour. |
