- Small wedge of butter
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp milk
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 2 slices All in One toast
- In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk and seasoning.
- Heat the butter in a small non-stick pan over a medium heat. Add the chives and
fry briskly for a few seconds. Reduce the heat, then pour in the egg mixture, stirring
with a wooden spoon until the eggs are scrambled, but loosely set.
- Remove the pan from the heat and continue to stir until the eggs are cooked
to your liking.
- Place a slice of lightly buttered All in One toast on each plate and spoon the
scrambled egg on top. Serve immediately.

Fun to make, fun to eat!
Serves 2/4
- 4 tbsp tomato puree
- 80g low fat cheddar cheese
- Dried basil and oregano
- Toppings of your choice. Choose from; chicken, ham, onions,
pineapple, tomato slices
- 2-4 slices bread
- Preheat the grill to a medium heat.
- Toast your All in One under the grill on one side, then remove and spread a layer
of the tomato puree over the untoasted side. Sprinkle a small amount of basil and
oregano over the tomato base. Add your cheese and the topping of your choice.
- Have fun with the toppings making lots of different mini pizzas.
- Place back under the grill and toast until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of
the bread are golden.
- Cut each slice into 4 squares and enjoy!

- Warburtons All in One
- Grated Red Leicester cheese
- Grated red apple
- A little crème fraiche
- Mix the ingredients together and spread between 2 slices of Warburtons
All in One.
- Decorate with ingredients to make a face like the photograph.
