All in One is a truly white loaf with the wheatgerm and fibre goodness of a wholemeal loaf.
For example, the fibre content of All in One is 7.0% and our standard wholemeal loaf is 6.5%.
It's low in fat and sugar, and contains calcium, B vitamins and iron which are all important for growing children.
And there are no 'bits', so you can give your kids healthier bread whilst giving them what they prefer.
Getting All in One so white is actually quite simple! Each wheat grain is made up of the germ,
bran and endosperm. We only extract the white part of the grain - endosperm (about 70%), giving
a whiter flour. We then add wheat fibre and wheatgerm.
